Hi, I'm Jasper van der Veen.
For more than 20 years, I've worked as a teacher, coach and mentor.
Throughout those years, I noticed the same pattern over and over again.
People didn't struggle because they lacked knowledge.
They struggled because they couldn't consistently follow through on what they already knew they should do.
And if I'm honest, I've experienced that myself.
There were moments in my life where I knew exactly what I wanted. I had goals, ambitions and plans. But knowing what to do and actually doing it every day turned out to be two very different things.
That realization became the foundation of Accountability Lab and build The Execution Layer.
I didn't build this platform because people need more information.
I built it because people need a system that helps them execute.
